Stress is part of everyday life and it energizes the brain
and the body to work actively to accomplish targets and goals. However, too
much stress is bad as it causes a number of health issues, compromising one’s physical
and mental abilities to perform his/her work.
Every job has its share of stress during work, but there are
some professions where stress is a constant phenomenon. This can partly be
attributed to sensitivity of work and the work/load pressure. This can lead to
mistakes at work and further adding to already disturbed state of mind.
