Principal Accountabilities:

Product Enhancement: A critical responsibility is to analyze and manage existing products, identifying opportunities for suitable enhancements to strengthen the product portfolio and enhance customer retention.

Market Research: Conducting thorough market research is essential, helping identify trends that can add value to the existing product suite and processes, contributing to increased profitability and revenue growth.

Project Support: The role involves assisting the line manager with various tasks related to product initiatives, contributing to overall business growth.

Query Management: Effectively handling product-related queries from various departments and channels is a key aspect of this role.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Candidates should possess the following knowledge and skills:
  • Knowledge of banking practices and procedures, particularly in Retail Banking.
  • System knowledge, financial analysis, and data analysis.

Experience Profile:
