Principal Accountabilities:
Product Proposition: The Product Officer is
responsible for creating compelling advance and trade-related product

customer satisfaction.
Product Enhancement: A critical responsibility is to
analyze and manage existing products, identifying opportunities for suitable
enhancements to strengthen the product portfolio and enhance customer
retention.
Market Research: Conducting thorough market research
is essential, helping identify trends that can add value to the existing
product suite and processes, contributing to increased profitability and
revenue growth.
Project Support: The role involves assisting the line
manager with various tasks related to product initiatives, contributing to

Knowledge and Experience:
