Bank Alfalah taking steps to promote women entrepreneurship
The Dawood Global Foundation’s LADIESFUND, in collaboration
with Bank Alfalah and with the valuable backing of the State Bank of Pakistan,
orchestrated a transformative 40-hour intensive training event, known as the
#LFALFALAH Boot Camp.
This program was dedicated to nurturing and empowering
women-led startups and concluded with a graduation ceremony on Sunday, November
19, 2023, marking a pivotal moment in advancing the prospects of aspiring
female entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

Empowering through Education and Financial Support,
LADIESFUND implemented a comprehensive curriculum spanning 40 credit hours
during the boot camp, offering essential training and guidance crucial for the
success of emerging women entrepreneurs.
Additionally, LADIESFUND facilitated the financing of
participants through Bank Alfalah, leveraging the Women Empowerment Schemes and
Youth Schemes provided by the State Bank of Pakistan. This strategic
collaboration aims to enhance financial accessibility for aspiring businesswomen,
setting the stage for their entrepreneurial journeys.
