Meezan Bank, IBA forge partnership to introduce Meezan Justuju for fresh graduates

 

Meezan Justuju program launched to train fresh graduates for work in Islamic banks 

Meezan Bank, the leading Islamic bank in Pakistan, has collaborated with the Institute of Business Administration – Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (IBA-CEIF) to introduce Meezan Justuju. This fully funded talent development program is specifically designed for fresh graduates.

The program's initial screening, conducted through a written test at Meezan House, generated an enthusiastic response, attracting participants from diverse disciplines. Meezan Justuju is a two-month certificate course strategically crafted to provide comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Islamic banking and finance. It aims to address the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the industry.

The curriculum of Meezan Justuju is tailored to equip fresh graduates with the necessary skills for various career paths within Islamic banks, Takaful companies, Mudarabah companies, Islamic asset management firms, and Islamic banking divisions or windows.
