Banks to remain closed on December
25
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has
declared December 25, 2024 (Wednesday), a public holiday to commemorate
Quaid-e-Azam Day and Christmas.
As per the notification issued on
Monday, all SBP offices, public and private banks, and financial institutions
across Pakistan will remain closed on this day, in accordance with the
government’s directive.
Normal banking operations will
resume on December 26, 2024 (Thursday).
