Key Responsibilities:
Project Collaboration: Collaborate with
cross-functional teams across the organization on real projects, leveraging
your skills and expertise to achieve project objectives.
Training and Development: Participate in customized
training sessions and workshops to address your specific needs, enabling you to
update your knowledge and acquire new skills.
Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from
experienced mentors who will help you navigate your reentry into the workforce.
Networking: Expand your professional network by
connecting with colleagues and company leaders.
Skill Enhancement: Engage in continuous learning and
skill development to enhance your career prospects.
Performance Assessment: Regularly assess your
progress and receive constructive feedback to ensure a successful transition
back into the workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- A career break of at least 6 months.
