IIUI and Bank Alfalah collaborate through MOU
The International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan,
has partnered with Bank Alfalah Limited by signing a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) to offer digital banking services free of charge.
This MoU is aligned with the vision of IIUI's President to
enhance student facilitation. Under the terms of the MoU, Bank Alfalah will
provide a mobile banking facility through its app for the deposit of dues at
IIUI. Students will also have access to the Afalah wallet, an E-wallet service
designed to simplify banking and transactions. The bank will also install
special cash deposit machines to make it more convenient for the IIUI community
to pay their dues.

University and Meezan Bank become partners to promote Islamic banking education
Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, President of IIUI, and Adnan
Nasir, Head of Digital Payments at Bank Alfalah, signed the MoU on behalf of
their respective institutions.
H.E. Dr. Hathal stated that IIUI is dedicated to promoting
education and adopting the latest techniques. He emphasized that a
student-centric approach is at the core of the university's leadership vision.
The President of IIUI also mentioned that the university
provides a solid intellectual and scholastic foundation for the ideological,
moral, intellectual, social, economic, and technological development of the
Muslim Ummah within the framework of Islamic values, ideals, principles, and
norms.
