Bank of Pakistan (SBP) declares bank holiday on Monday, December 25
This holiday allows bank employees to observe the New Year while maintaining
the usual public holiday practices across financial institutions nationwide.
Although banks will be closed for public transactions, employees of banks,
development financial institutions, and microfinance banks are required to report
to their offices as usual. This ensures that internal operations and
non-customer facing tasks continue smoothly.
