Hassan Raza to assume role of CEO at Bank of Khyber
The Bank of Khyber has announced the appointment of Mr. Hassan Raza as its
new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
This update was shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, in compliance with the Exchange's Rule Book and the Securities Act, 2015.

The notice stated, "We are pleased to inform you that Mr. Hassan Raza has been appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Khyber."
Mr. Raza's appointment is contingent upon approval from the State Bank of Pakistan, based on the Fit and Proper Test (FPT) criteria. The Bank will update the Exchange once the FPT clearance is received.
